The zip opener is the lateset feature of our poly bubble mailer. This allows the mailer to be opened more easily by the recipient but does not compromise the integrity of the mailer or the security of the contents in transit.

This new generation mailer is manufactured with a smooth poly film surface, which is laminated to an extremely tough, light weight multi-layer bubble film with exceptional barrier (air retention) properties for longer shelf life. Our bubble material has a larger profile for superior product protection. Plus, this new generation mailer is even lighter in weight than previous poly bubble mailers and significantly lighter than paper padded envelopes enabling you to ship for less.

There is no standard among the various manufacturers of bubble mailers that allow one to exactly relate one size brand of mailer to another. The mXPor makers all have different mailer designs and different published specifications and measurements. The numbering convention ("000", "00", "0", etc.) is a loose and approximate system that allows for basic comparison.

These mailers are vertically measured on the outside from the start of the bubble seam on the bottom to the tip of the adhesive flap and horizontally measured from bubble seam to bubble seam. The protective fin is not included in the measurement.

Some manufacturers primarily display outside measurements and some primarily display inside measurements. Because of this disparity among the different published standards, we display both the outside and useable inside measurements prominently.

We realize the manufacturer's stated measurement may not be as relevant to a purchaser as the combination of measurements (outside and inside), which is why we painstakingly display both measurements. In addition, we are conservative in our inside measurement, we only measure the actual coverage of the bubble material.
